Faster Pc for You » 2008 » March
Ok, so I guess I'm a lousy salesman because I can't get into lots of glorious phrases here for how nice it is to have my old QUICK computer back. When I first got my XP computer it was so fast that I told my best friend, "This thing is so powerful I don't know why I'd ever have to upgrade to a more powerful computer."
Then the time factor kicked in. The more time I spent actually using my computer the slower - true, it was little by little but still... - the slower it got.
Took forever to start up. Programs took two or three times longer to load up. Jobs took me longer and longer to complete.
I Wanted My Fast Computer Back and I Got It!
It was really a drag. A drag on my time and a drag on my fun using the computer.
Anyway, for $9.97 - yeah, only Ten Bucks - this guy gives me over twenty pages of instructions on how to clean up the Microsoft Mess that became my computer. Easy stuff. I'm no computer geek but even I could follow his instructions. Some of the stuff I knew but had forgotten. Other stuff was just plain news to me. Even free software I could use to clean up my computer. Oh, and he's not selling addtional stuff there. It's just information.
Anyhow, if your computer sometimes bugs you because it's getting slower or you just want to do some preventive maintenance to keep it fast, I'd say check out this guys help now.(It's not a buy button, it's just information.)
Although some people believe that acne is caused by them eating the wrong kinds of foods this is not the only reason for a person developing it. In fact as you will see below acne and diet issues are really very low down on the list for what is actually causing the condition in the first place. As well as looking at the causes we look at how it can be treated.
Today what actually causes a person to suffer from acne is unknown. But many doctors believe there are a number of different factors, which contribute to a person suffering from this skin condition. Below we take a look at just what some of the factors are.
1. Overactive Sebaceous Glands - These glands are located deep in a person’s skin and produce an oil known as sebum. However overtime hormonal changes take place in a person’s body and this will often result in these glands becoming enlarged and producing large amounts of oil. Because of this the pores of the skin find it very difficult to cope with these additional amounts of oil and so become blocked and the spots associated with acne begin to appear.
2. Skins Pores Become Blocked - As you will see from above one of the reasons that the pores on a person’s skin becomes blocked is that the serbaceous glands are producing to much oil. The problem is further exacerbated by the oil not actually being able to flow freely and ends up becoming trapped before it reaches the skins surface. The more oil that becomes trapped under the skins surface will push that in front of it up and zits and pimples then begin to appear on the skins surface.
3. Normal Bacteria Activity On The Skin - Although acne is not actually caused because of a bacterial infection, they do play a major part in increasing the severity of the condition. On our skin is a bacterium known as Propionibacterium Acnes which prevents outside bacterial infections from being absorbed into the body. Generally this bacterium is able to cope with the levels of oil produced by the sebaceous glands. But when these levels increase a chemical reaction is caused which causes a person’s skin to become irritated and inflamed and results in acne developing.
4. Inflammation Of The Skin - All the above causes can contribute quite easily to a person’s skin becoming inflamed. But another reason why a person is suffering from acne is that their immune system is trying to deal with a foreign substance, which could either be bacteria or the excess oil that the body has produced.
Above we have taken a look at what are the main contributory factors for a person suffering from acne. Yes if a person has the correct diet then they will find that the chances of them suffering from acne or other skin problems are greatly reduced. However if you do find yourself suffering from this skin problem there are plenty of treatments one can use.
There are plenty of solutions and creams available such as Zenmed, Proactiv and Murad. But if you want to try something completely different and which requires you to make changes to your diet it may be worth your while considering reading a book called “Acne Free in 3 Days”.
Although an unhealthy diet can certainly contribute towards a person being prone to developing acne this is not the only factor which should be taken into consideration. Certainly acne and dietary habits which are bad will exacerbate the condition further. Yet making changes to your diet should be high on your list for treating the acne along with using some kind of treatment mentioned previously.
