Ok, so I guess I'm a lousy salesman because I can't get into lots of glorious phrases here for how nice it is to have my old QUICK computer back. When I first got my XP computer it was so fast that I told my best friend, "This thing is so powerful I don't know why I'd ever have to upgrade to a more powerful computer."
Then the time factor kicked in. The more time I spent actually using my computer the slower - true, it was little by little but still... - the slower it got.
Took forever to start up. Programs took two or three times longer to load up. Jobs took me longer and longer to complete.
I Wanted My Fast Computer Back and I Got It!
It was really a drag. A drag on my time and a drag on my fun using the computer.
Anyway, for $9.97 - yeah, only Ten Bucks - this guy gives me over twenty pages of instructions on how to clean up the Microsoft Mess that became my computer. Easy stuff. I'm no computer geek but even I could follow his instructions. Some of the stuff I knew but had forgotten. Other stuff was just plain news to me. Even free software I could use to clean up my computer. Oh, and he's not selling addtional stuff there. It's just information.
Anyhow, if your computer sometimes bugs you because it's getting slower or you just want to do some preventive maintenance to keep it fast, I'd say check out this guys help now.(It's not a buy button, it's just information.)
Every endeavor entails discipline, patience and determination. Weight training is no different. Acquiring those well-toned muscles definitely needs a lot of time and effort. We are well aware of how athletes undergo rigorous training when prepping up for a competition and how actors need to go on a workout camp to get buffed up for a particular role.
You too can get those six-pack abs and defined arms if you just set your mind to it. Committing to doing whatever it takes is half the battle. Most body builders will tell you it took them years to achieve their muscular physique, but while you want to shape up, set some realistic goals.
A body worthy of a Mr. Olympia title would surely take loads of effort and require tons of time. While some body builders are born with a physique suitable for a shapely body, others have to exert extra effort to get their body toned up and well-built.
As with all endeavors, you have to have an objective. Do you want to have toned muscles? Do you need body building for a cardio workout? Or do you want to have that bulky look and give Arnie a run for his money?
As with any goal you want to achieve, you have to set your mind to it. You might be all skin and bones now, but visualize how you want yourself to look like and you’ll be just that. Make a mental picture of how muscular you want yourself to look like. You’re sure to get that buff body if you can visualize your goal.
Get a plan going. Write it down. Think about the things you need to do, like signing up for a gym membership, or buying weight-lifting equipment for home use. You might also want to seek out family members or co-workers who want to workout with you too. Having a gym buddy always helps.
Incorporate other aspects of your work out in your plan, like dieting and getting enough rest. Having the right diet will hasten your muscle scultping. Have enough rest periods in between your workouts, so your muscles will have enough time to recover.
Be persistent. Weight training requires patience and perseverance. Be disciplined and stay true to your routine. After some time you will see women stop and gaze at your shapely body, and you’ll know it was all worth the hard work.
